Working with Semieta has transformed how we manage guest bookings for our serviced apartments in Windsor. They integrated the access control system with Guesty (our PMS), so bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and direct now flow directly into Semieta. A unique PIN code is created and sent automatically to the guests through Guesty – no manual input needed. It has saved us hours of admin every week and given our guests a much smoother experience. Definitely the best money we’ve spent to date. 

Alongside the current operations of the system, their installation during our build was well thought out and professionally excuted by their team. We had a number of delays but they were always happy to accommodate the changes in timeline.
